Annabelle McMillan. A name that's known by a decent amount of people from Arcadia before the zone was deemed in hospitable. She was the go-to for augmentations and augmentation ordering from Physical changers too Enhancers. Before being a Augments Seller, she was a a bartender for the longest time during her life in Arcadia, stripping for those who were willing too pay for the higher bits and if she was in the mood too dance.
Her life in Arcadia didn't start there, she was born in Italy on April 19 to a average paying family. When she was old enough too help out with the money, around 5 years of age, she set up a drinks stand too help with any sort of heat related problems. Pouring drinks ranging from teas, too juices and selling water.This went on for a few years up until she turned 9. She was forced too stop with her drink stand since the local government at the time had put a restriction on the amount of concession stands being up too those being checked by the local enforcement officials. Everyone else would have a fine given out if caught selling.
Life proceeded too worsen from their for her, and her family. When she turned Fifteen six years later, she was hired on as an assistant to a corps second in command. This manager dealt in Physically Altering Bio-Augments, and Enhancements. He was also known for kidnapping those that lived on the streets. Even if people had evidence against him, he always came out on top due too his connections, and bribery. His attention turned towards Anna however. She was experimented on through her time working for him. Abused if she did something wrong, and eventually, she snapped. Taking a prototype mantis blade and killing him with it, her skin giving off a different hue, a bipolar like scenario of skin tone of the once calm female too a battle hardened killer.
She fled from then on, and has ran ever since, making her way too Arcadia and finding a new home amongst those around her. She was found by headhunters at one point sending her into hiding for awhile. She arrived in a new area and has lived on the streets in the shadows till being moved out of their new home once again.
