It has been 16 years since the formation of the First Galactic Empire, the peace-giving government we are all under. However, as seen in the 16th annual Empire Day on Dalchon, is it entirely necessary? The Naro garrison, though effective, seemed have to forgone a traditional Empire Day tradition of marching through the city to applause. The Navy however made up this shortcoming with a wonderful display of its pilots and ships. The strangest part is the fact of the technical difficulty of the Empires commlink to space, not being able to stream Palpatine's speech. What can we defer from this? Indifference? Decay? We might see in the future.
