Those that are from The Konisian Kingdom, whether they were born there, or integrated into their society, somehow, are generally entitled 'Konisians.'
Konisians themselves come from the neighboring kingdom to the East, on the Eastern-most coastline of The Island of Juria. The Kingdom of Konisia was established a great many years ago, by a conglomeration of racially diverse noblemen, and royalty, from distant lands. Having originally arrived in Arizadoria purely as explorers, with no further purpose other than to colonize the land - they quickly found themselves at odds, with the local populous - be that the Arizadorians that had already been there before them, or The Scintillants, that are entirely indigenous to The Island of Juria, themselves.
With royalty, monarchy, and nobility, came a great deal of "God-given rights to rule." A great deal of violence ensued - battles upon battles, wars upon wars, be it for resources, or purely for social domination, as well as genocide. To the Konisians, their way was the right way, the only way, as well as the holy way - and were, and currently are more than willing to abide by the "might makes right" format of enforcing their iron grip on the land, far and wide.
Konisians, being a largely diverse cast of races from across the world - but primarily ruled by Humans, and High Elves, have postured themselves as a major imperialist power, across many different lands. As the wars raged on, as well as the enslavement, and genocide of the indigenous species, and pre-existing Arizadorians, they began to form their own extension to their kingdom - The Konisian Kingdom, situated within the eastern-most portion of The Island of Juria.
The Konisian Kingdom in and of itself, is one of order, enforced hierarchy, and a feudal system of social castes. Family bloodlines since it's creation has generally ruled who succeeds, and who fails in life, alongside a combination of financial worth.
Encountering Konisians in the wild, without backup, or a team, can prove deadly. If not killed, most Konisians strive to immediately take captives, as slaves - not as prisoners of war - as it has been found that captives, typically, do not have the sort of backing of a large group of individuals that would be able to, or want to, bargain with these tricky bastards - thought they have been known to typically treat Humans and Elves better within their captivity, often attempting to integrate them into the ranks of their society, as opposed to other races.
Konisians themselves are not their own race - again, they are a multi-racial, expansive empire. They do, however, consider themselves to be 'chosen ones,' and 'above' generally any other group of individuals.
Konisians typically in their society, swear their allegiance to their King and Queen, directly from the "Tornala Dynasty." The Tornala bloodline is comprised of forced marriages, and interbreeding between 'chosen' High Elf females, and 'selected' Human males - with a Human King, and a High Elf Queen. Unless explicitly stated, the Tornala Dynasty takes great care to ensure their heirs are only comprised of Human males, and High Elf females - except under certain, dire circumstances.
